Our hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Fees
Our home inspections start at $340 and will vary based on the age of the house, size of the house, type of foundation, and ancillary services desired (e.g pool, termite inspection, etc.). Our inspectors hold the highest professional state license, have many years of experience, and have inspected thousands of homes and commercial buildings in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Our pricing is competitive and you can trust you’re getting super-experienced professional inspectors for your inspection. Cancellations
We work closely with clients and try to work around their schedules. We understand that as the sale or purchase of home moves forward schedules can change, and service may need to be canceled or rescheduled. In this, we try to remain as flexible as possible but require at least 24-hour notice for a cancellation, so we can fill the open appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 is charged for any cancellations made in less than 24 hours of the confirmed inspection request appointment.
